Fonts and icons are delivered from this website. Hosting access logs are a separate technical data flow; this is not a complete provider inventory.

Visitor statistics are disabled on this website. WordPress.com Stats and GoDaddy traffic-measurement scripts are removed or blocked. There is no analytics consent switch because analytics cannot be enabled here.

Optional fields (Website, Position, Business Type, Use Case, Modules, Cooperation Area) are collected only when voluntarily provided by the user. These fields are not required for us to respond to your inquiry, but help us better understand your needs and tailor our response accordingly. They are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest to provide a relevant and personalized service.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information you submit may be shared with our hosting provider, and where relevant, internal teams across our Berlin Registered Office, US Office, UK Office, and French Office for the sole purpose of evaluating and responding to your inquiry.

Retention

When you submit an inquiry, its contents are stored in our website database and sent to contact@neliarabi.tech for review. The submitted information can also be included in website backups. Hosting access logs are a separate data flow. GoDaddy support stated on 9 September 2026 (reference 174176089) that the enabled monthly archive removal applies despite the server-default retention label: the visible cPanel access archives are retained for approximately one to two months. This is a provider statement, not a verified deletion test. It does not cover internal access or security logs, mail-delivery logs or infrastructure backups; GoDaddy hosting support could not confirm those retention periods. These outstanding categories have been requested from the provider for clarification. Automatic deletion of WordPress inquiry records is currently disabled. A record must be reviewed before deletion, including whether it is still needed for an ongoing inquiry, a subsequent contract, a known dispute or an applicable retention obligation. Marking an inquiry as completed does not itself authorise deletion. Records marked for retention have a reason and a review date; reaching that date does not itself permit deletion. Mailbox messages and backup copies are managed separately; no corresponding automatic mailbox deletion rule has been implemented. The website mail plugin is configured to retain email error events for one week, with a daily cleanup task; this setting does not delete inquiry records or mailbox messages. GoDaddy provides an automatic daily account backup with one day of customer restore availability. On 12 September 2026, the account interface showed a backup from 11 September containing this website alongside other sites. Customer restore availability does not establish when all internal provider copies are erased. Separately retained website backups may also contain submitted inquiries. The retention and targeted deletion of internal provider copies remain under clarification.
